DS500-SD SLOW RELEASE DUST SUPPRESSION BLOCK

Description

DS500-SD is a dust suppression block designed for canister dispensers used in the mining and civil industries. It slowly dissolves over an entire shift so all water used contains the dust suppression solution ensuring workers remain protected. DS500-SD works by enhancing wettability to reduce the surface tension of water and allow dust particles to better penetrate the water drops. This results in an increased amount of airborne dust being captured and hence suppressed. It can be used with longwall water systems, development mining systems, conveyor transfer points, road header tunnelling machines, and drill rig systems.
